So, as we move into the second part of the year, have you achieved what you have wanted to achieve?
If so, pat yourself on the back for a job well done.  If not, why not?  What do you think is stopping you?  What would it take to get you motivated again?
Before we know it, it is Christmas time again and a time for reflection of the year just gone.  What would you like to be reflecting on?
If you want, you can use these questions to motivate you.  If you could be doing anything you wanted to be doing, what would you do?
These are great questions to get you thinking, and also to figure out what your blocks are.
Define your goal: what is it you would like to achieve?
Figure out what is your current reality in the situation.
Brainstorm as many ideas as you can around achieving this goal.  Pick one of those ideas as a way forward, and JUST DO IT. Make yourself accountable, tell your friends, set up a support crew, research what you need to know and slowly move towards your dreams.
I am now seeing clients at Health World and Westgate on Tuesdays and Sundays.  I am looking for somewhere to consult in Helensville, so will keep you posted
