Just $5 for 90 minutes includes all materials.
Tuesday 8th November, Wednesday 16th, Thursday 24th 3.30-5pm and Saturday 26th 10-11.30. Tutored by Diana Ashworth. Use on your own tree or entre the Christmas Tree Decorating Competition as part of the Christmas Parade Day on December 3rd where a needy family will receive the decorated tree. Booking advised to guarantee your place. Basement of the Helensville War Memorial Hall, 49 Commercial Road. Open Tuesday-Friday 10-4.30, Saturday 10-3. Show off what the kids have done in the Annual Kids’ Art Show
Proud parents, this is your opportunity to show off your kids’ creativity!
Show runs December 3rd-17 and January 14th-29th
Work to arrive at the Art Centre, Helensville, Basement of the War Memorial Hall, 49 Commercial Road Saturday November 26th 10-3 or Tuesday 29th or Wednesday 30th 10-4.30. Please label the back with artists name, age and title of the work. Sculptural pieces as well as paintings and drawings are welcome.

Ability Transcends Disability
The Art Centre, Helensville will be showing off the ability of artists outside of the mainstream during Novembers ‘Intuitive Arts’ Exhibition where it celebrates the abilities of untrained artists from around the region. Part of the city wide ‘Outsider Arts Fair’, Helensville is just one of many venues to host exhibitions.
Helensville’s Kevin Widdowson found out he was one of the artists selected as a ‘pop up artists’ by shops around Britomart, where the central focus of the Fair will be. Kevin is pictured at the recent ‘InterACT Disability Arts Festival’ in Henderson where he was exhibiting and selling his work.
