From March 5 – 26 the Art Centre will be having the first of two ‘3 for ALL’ exhibitions where anyone may exhibit any piece of work for just $3 per item. Anyone 16 or under pays just $1 per item. Work does not need to be for sale, you may exhibit a piece just because you are proud of it.
In the past this exhibition has brought in a great diversity of work, from Marion Taylor’s painted skull to Kim Nesbit’s artful clothing, Avon Aspden’s detailed pen and ink stippling anim
als to works from people with severe physical restrictions.
Please bring your work with name and title on the back to the Art Centre in the basement of the Helensville War Memorial Hall, 49 Commercial Road between Tuesday March 1 and Thursday 3 10am – 4.30pm. Work will be hung on Friday 4 and the exhibition opens to the public on Saturday 5 from 10am – 3pm.
