The 4th Helensville Show
The fourth annual show, under the auspices of the Helensville Agricultural Association, was held in Stewart’s Paddock yesterday. The perfect weather, which prevailed, was conducive to good patronage on the part of the public. … Mr J. F. Lambert and Mr Geo. Spinley had some fine specimens of their handicraft on the ground in the shape of sulkies and dogcarts. Mr H. Massey gave an interesting exhibition of an ingenious contrivance for manipulating fencing wire and drawing staples. Mr C. H. Spinley worked hard to promote the success of the show and his duties were ably performed.
