Takoha Ropati from Harbour Sport brought a team into Kaukapakapa to teach our students the Maori game Ki O Rahi. Students caught on quickly to the fast moving game and look forward to making it a regular part of our sport at Kaukapakapa School.
On Pink Shirt day students donned some 
pink in support of the anti-bullying campaign. The gold coin donations raised $350 for the Mental Health Foundation of NZ. Running Pink Shirt Day was an idea brought to our school and coordinated by one of our Year 8 girls, Briar Jackson.
